I often ask new clients who &quot;owns&#039; their website as a marketing communications channel and who owns integrating their website into the overall communications and lead generation strategy.  If they can&#039;t name a person(s) that eats, sleeps and gets compensated on it, then their website is definitely dead.  And if the client does name a person that is also chief cook and bottle washer for all things sales and marketing in their company, then it&#039;s a good bet that it is dead but no one really knows it yet.</description>
