The more content, the better. The timing of your posts is not likely to hurt your blog's visits, if it's a good read. However, the schedule feature does have many benefits. There have been so many times when I wanted to post two or three topics in one day but didn't want to bury the first post. It is always great to schedule those "extra" posts for the next several days; it gives me a break from having to come up with new content!
